Q) Can I buy one of the items listed in Italian Fashion Catwalk e-shop, if I haven’t got a PayPal Account?
A)Yes, of course you can: don’t worry if you haven’t a PayPal Account, you can use it as a Guest and PayPal’s servers will securely process all your financial details. You’ll receive an instant confirmation of your purchase and a PayPal receipt and I will contact you soon after to discuss your delivery details.

Q) Are the items listed in Italian Fashion Catwalk authentic?
A) Yes, absolutely. I always sell only 100% Authentic items.
I only buy from authorized dealers in Italy, including authorized Outlet Stores (not the ones on line, as most of them, unfortunately, sell counterfeit items).

Q) Will you accept a return if the item is not right for me or I just changed my mind?
A) Of course I will. You have 7 days to return the item/s. Please see my Return Policy and the Terms and Conditions sections for further information and details.

Q) Can I have the authenticity card / dustcover etc.?
A) All accompaniments will be clearly stated in the description and if the original dust cover/box is not available (especially for the Pre-loved and Vintage items), I will do my best to provide a replacement.

Q) How much will it cost to post to me if I am overseas?
A) Delivery is FREE in UK (Channel Islands excluded). To find the cost of postage for your item if you are overseas, please have a look to the section of my website called Shipping Costs and Delivery Times.
(Please do remember any liabilities for Customs/Import Duties as these can be significant).

Q) How long will my item take to get to me?
A) UK delivery is usually Next Day. Overseas postal services vary in their performance and I cannot make any guarantees on shipping time. I always post within 24 hours from receipt of payment from Monday to Friday (for payments received during the week-end I will post on Monday, holidays excluded). I will always provide an estimate of delivery date but this cannot be guaranteed due to variables such as Customs, weather, seasonal volume, etc.

Q) I am outside the EU. Will you mark the parcel as lower value Gift, please?
A) Sorry, but its a legal requirement to state the contents value on all non-EU parcel. Any import taxes or Customs Duties are the responsibility of the Buyer.
